Egypt host World Wrestling Rankings Championship next February

Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, met today, Wednesday, with Major General Essam Nawar, President of the Wrestling Federation, to discuss preparations for Egypt to host the World Wrestling Ranking Championship during the period 23-26 February next in the covered hall in Borg El Arab in Alexandria

The tournament is held under the supervision of the International Wrestling Federation with the participation of about 400 individual players and technical equipment from 25 countries, and the competitions vary between Romanian wrestling, freestyle wrestling, and women's wrestling, and the tournament is one of 4 world ranking championships held annually in the world.

The Minister was briefed on all developments related to hosting the tournament, and the divisions of the sub-committees within the organizing committee of the tournament, related to accommodation hotels, training places, covered hall, protocols, protocols, marketing, volunteers, and other competent committees
