Here's an easy recipe for you to make to keep yourself warm in winter.
Food blogger, Aliaa Hassan, has shared with “SEE kitchen” her delicious lemon butter chicken recipe, a quick and easy recipe that is simple to prepare and fast to cook.

“I consider this recipe is one of the best and easiest recipes I've made. The lemon cream and butter sauce, what makes it irresistible,” Hassan said.
It goes so nicely with fresh mushrooms, mashed potatoes, or sautéed vegetables.
Ingredients:
1/2 kilo of boneless and skinless chicken breast.
1 tsp of fresh thyme.
1 glove of garlic.
1/4 cup of butter.
2 tbsp of olive oil or vegetable oil.
1/2 cup of heavy cream.
1 tbsp of flour.
1 tsp of salt.
1/2 tsp of black pepper.
1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
1 tsp of lemon zest.

Directions:
In a large skillet on medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of oil.
Put the chicken breast, and then sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of it.
Crush garlic and add it as a whole, then put the thyme, and cook the chicken for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Take the chicken out of the pan once it turns to a beautiful golden brown color.
Add the heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
Add the chicken back and put on the remaining butter, stir it in the sauce for a minute, and serve it with your favorite side dish.
