White House has urged all parties to cooperate in distributing humanitarian aid in Gaza.
According to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, as reported by "Al Hurra" TV on Tuesday, the amount of aid reaching Gaza needs to increase, even though the White House has noted a rise in the aid flow.
Earlier, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini stated that Israeli authorities continue to block humanitarian missions from reaching northern Gaza, where vital supplies, including food and medicine, are needed for those trapped.
Lazzarini wrote on X: "Hospitals in Gaza have been bombed and left without electricity, while the wounded are deprived of medical care." He emphasized that humanitarian agencies must be allowed access to northern Gaza and condemned the use of humanitarian aid as a weapon for military purposes, calling it a sign of "moral degradation." He stressed the importance of ensuring aid reaches everyone in need in Gaza.
