Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities uncovered, on Friday, Egypt's pavilion participating in the Expo 2020 Dubai.
The ministry published on its Facebook page a video that demonstrates the beauty and elegance mixed together in the pavilion where you can see a group of pictures and promotional films for archaeological sites, resorts as well as the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) project.
In addition, designs and drawings which have the ancient Egyptian nature are also shown clearly besides hieroglyphic symbols inside and outside the pavilion to highlight the historical identity of Egypt.
This is a tangible proof of the Ministry's keenness to provide all its capabilities and expertise to ensure the success of the Egyptian participation in this international event.
Moreover, it presented Egypt's pavilion in a way that is commensurate with Egypt's position as one of the most prominent global touristic destinations.
Sarcophagus of priest Psamtik bin Uzir, recently discovered in Saqqara, is also participating in the Expo event after the approval of the Cabinet, and taking all necessary executive procedures for packaging, transporting, shipping and displaying.
During the Expo 2020 Dubai, the pavilion will witness the establishment of 103 events, including workshops, discussion meetings, business meetings and cultural salons.
Topics will be related to cities and urban development, tourism, sustainable development, health, agriculture and improving the standard of living, in addition to women and youth.
In the same vein, nine workshops, in the fields of antiquities, education, real estate investment, and 'Our Heritage' exhibition will be displayed. Entertainment and cultural events will be held to attract the largest possible number of audience and visitors to the exhibition.
