The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts warm weather to prevail in Cairo and Lower Egypt during daylight hours on Monday.
It is also foreseen that moderate atmospheric conditions will prevail on the northern coasts, while conditions in South Sinai, North and South Upper Egypt will see hot conditions.
Furthermore, Mahmoud Shaheen, Director of the Weather Forecast Department at EMA, predicted that the country would be witnessing fog on Cairo, Lower Egypt, the canal cities, the northern coasts, and North and Central Sinai.
There are also chances of light rain hitting intermittently in the northwestern coast.
It is also foreseen that cold atmospheric conditions will prevail across the country at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 24C in Cairo, 21C in Alexandria, 21C in Marsa Matruh, 30C in Sohag, 31C in Qena, and 33C in Aswan.
