Sky lovers will have a breathtaking phenomenon tomorrow night, Wednesday, which is the alignment of Venus, Mars, and Saturn.
The sky event will last until early May, and it will be visible to the naked eye in the early mornings before sunrise.
Early this month, the National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics (NRIAG) announced the major sky events of April.
Dr. Ashraf Tadres, the Director of NRIAG, said that the first sky event in April was the rise of the new month’s crescent moon.
Next, there was a conjunction between Mars and Saturn on April 5 at 3:20 am until the twilight between April 3 and 7.
On April 9, a conjunction between the moon and Pollux between the beginning of the night until 1:30 am. On the next day, the moon will stand on the same line with Cancer’s Beehive Cluster star starting from 2 am until the morning of the following day. However, this phenomenon will need telescopes to be observed.
The full Pink Moon shone on April 16. Moreover, between April 16 to April 25, the Lyrids Meteor Shower will take place.
From April 24 and 30, there was a conjunction between the moon and Saturn, Mars, Venus, and Jupiter. All the conjunctions will take place between 4 am and dawn.
Mercury will appear in the sky on April 29, and it will shine directly after the sunset.
Finally, on April 30, there will be a partial solar eclipse but it will not visible in the Middle East and North Africa.
On the same day, the crescent moon of Shawal will rise after the sunset.
