American media, including "The New York Times", reported that the White House had formed a team of officials to develop scenarios for Washington and its allies' response to Moscow's use of nuclear weapons.
And the plan, which was reported by the newspaper, stated that there is a team called "The Tiger Group", which is working on responses to a hypothetical Russian attack on convoys of weapons and aid destined for Ukraine on the territory of the "NATO" countries.
Officials in this group are trying, despite their assessment that the likelihood of such a scenario developing is slim, to determine how Washington should respond to the “spread” of such “hostilities” in neighboring countries, including Moldova and Georgia, and how European countries should prepare for the influx of Ukrainian refugees.
The document establishing the "Tiger Group" was signed by Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, Jake Sullivan, four days after the start of the Russian operation on Ukraine.
