The regional spokesman for the US State Department, Samuel Warburg, said that Russian President Vladimir Putin is seeking to dismantle the existing political alliance between the United States and Europe.
In press remarks,Warburg added that Washington and Europe will continue to provide military aid to Ukraine to confront the Russian war.
He made it clear that Putin could end the ongoing war with Ukraine, by stopping military action and withdrawing his forces from Ukrainian territory.
Moreover, he stressed that Washington will not enter into any negotiations with Russia on Ukraine without Kyiv.
