US President Joe Biden said yesterday, Wednesday, that he has cancer, which raises doubts about whether the announcement was a new slip of the tongue from Biden or an official announcement that he had the disease, according to the New York Post, a US daily newspaper.
Biden spoke about the health effects of emissions from oil refineries near his childhood home in Claymont, Delaware State, and during a speech about global warming in Massachusetts, the US president said: "This is why I and a lot of the people I grew up with had cancer and explains why it was Delaware has one of the highest rates of cancer in the United States.
Biden warned that climate change has clearly become dangerous."
He added that the world should deal with the climate crisis as an emergency and we will announce measures to combat climate change."
