UN: 70% of Victims of the Israeli Aggression on Gaza Are Women, Children

The United Nations (UN) Population Fund announced that about 70% of the victims in the Gaza Strip are women and children.

The UN Fund for Arab States revealed, in a blog post on its account on the “X” platform, that “Palestinian women and children deserve life.”

The fund added that Palestinian women and children are not military targets so Israel must Stop shooting now."

Earlier, the government media office in Gaza issued a statement confirming that the Israeli army committed more than 1,330 massacres.

The statement stated: “The total number of massacres committed by the “Israeli” occupation army reached more than 1,330, and the number of missing persons reached more than 6,000, either under the rubble or with their bodies dumped in the streets and roads.

The statement added that the Israeli occupation prevents anyone from reaching them, including more than 4,000 children. And a woman.”

The statement continued: “The number of martyrs reached more than 13,000 martyrs, including more than 5,500 children and 3,500 women, and the number of martyrs of medical personnel reached 201 doctors, nurses, and paramedics, and 22 civil defense men were martyred, and 60 journalists were also martyred.

It is worth noting that the number of completely destroyed mosques reached 83 mosques, and the number of partially destroyed mosques reached 166 mosques, in addition to targeting (3) churches.
