In a statement, the OHCHR said that 3793 casualties (1865 killed and 1928 injured) were recorded in Donetsk and Luhansk regions, 3463 (1631 killed and 1832 injured) in Government-controlled territory, and 577 (115 killed and 462 injured) in territory controlled by the self-proclaimed ‘republics’.
