Ukraine: Russia Lost 36,900 Soldiers in War

Today, Friday, the Ukrainian army announced that the number of  Russian soldiers who fall on the fields of war has risen to 36,900 since the beginning of the military intervention from February 24 until today, July 8.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated on its official Facebook page, as reported by the Ukrainian (Ukrainform) news agency, that "the total losses of the Russian enemy in the period from February 24 to July 8 amounted to about 36,900 personnel."

During this period, Russia also lost 1,637 tanks, 3,811 armored vehicles, 828 artillery systems, 247 multiple launcher systems, 217 aircraft, 187 helicopters, 669 operational and tactical drones, 155 cruise missiles, 15 ships, 2,655 vehicles and fuel tanks, as well as 66 units of special equipment", noting that "the largest losses of the Russian side were recorded in the Kramatorsk region."
