Ukrainian Presidential Advisor Oleh Ustenko warned on Saturday, that Ukraine may not produce enough crops for export if agriculture is disrupted this year by the Russian invasion.

Ukraine has enough grains and food reserves for a year, "Reuters" quoted Ustenko saying in a televised interview.

The presidential advisor noted that if the Russian military operation continued, Ukraine will not be able to export grains to the world. He indicated that there will be problems, as Ukraine is the world's fifth-largest wheat exporter.

Earlier, the French President mentioned that the war between Russia and Ukraine, which are the world's largest agricultural producers, would probably lead to a food crisis in Africa and the Middle East in the next 12 to 18 months.

Macron noted that continuing to impose sanctions on Russia will make it retaliate, which will require Europe to regulate and reduce energy consumption to avoid the consequences.

He pointed out that France continues dialogue with the two sides of the crisis for a ceasefire, but Moscow has not changed its position, against the background of the crisis between the two countries. Macron explained that he does not know the crisis will end, and how it will develop.
