Earlier today, the Prime Minister announced a £201m deal with the US and Australia for nuclear submarines.
He said China "behaves in a more authoritarian manner at home" and is "more assertive abroad" and added that it "represents the country's greatest threat to our economic interests".
He added, It is a systematic challenge to the world order.
China responded to news of the deal, describing it as a 'flagrant act of nuclear proliferation' that undermines regional peace and stability.
