The British government said on Monday it had added 14 new names to the sanctions list, including Russian Culture Minister Olga Lyubimova and Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov, under the sanctions imposed on Russia.
Britain said it imposed sanctions on Lyubimova for providing support for policies and propaganda actions that "destabilize Ukraine or threaten its territorial integrity".
Britain has also imposed sanctions on others, including Kravtsov, for their participation in what it describes as "the (Russian government's) program of forcible removal and re-education of Ukrainian children".
