Today, Wednesday, the Jordanian Monarch, King Abdullah II, received Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, as part of an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the UAE have strong fraternal relations and a strategic partnership, the foundations of which were laid by the leaderships of the two countries, and the relationship between the two countries is distinguished.
Jordan is among the first countries to recognize the UAE federation immediately after its announcement, and relations between the two countries developed later, as the two sides hqve bilateral agreements that strengthened the process of joint cooperation in a number of fields, especially the political, cultural, economic, educational, health and media ones.
