Turkey's recipes are the most favorite ones for the new year’s eve dinners, so food blogger Andaleeb Zohdy presents to the public a delicious and tasty turkey recipe, in addition to an Olivier salad recipe as a side dish.

Ingredients and Instructions:
Regarding the weight of the boneless roasted turkey, it was 2270 g, and the heat of the oven was 175 °C.
It took 2 hours and 55 minutes which means that each kilo of the turkey needed an hour and 20 minutes.
Seasoning Ingredients:
1 ½ cup of buttermilk
3 tsp of Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of smoked paprika
½ tsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
4 cloves of garlic
¼ tsp nutmeg
Before moving it to the oven, the turkey should be covered with salt, black paper, fresh rosemary and thyme, and 40 g butter.
Later on, the surface of the turkey should be covered with 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp orange juice.
Finally, for the turkey’s sauce, the turkey’s stock, ½ cup of Orange juice, ½ cup of chicken stock concentrate, 30 g flour, 30 g butter, and salt and pepper are needed.
Regarding the Russian Olivier salad, it needs 3 boiled potatoes that cut into small pieces
4 sliced boiled carrots, and 300 g of boiled green peas
250 g of smoked meat, and a part of celery’s leaves that are sliced into two parts.
boiled eggs could be added according to your taste.
For dressing,
1 chopped onion
70 from pickled cucumber
2 tbsp from chopped dill
135 g of Mayonnaise
135 g from Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp of Mustard
3 ½ tsp salt, and 1 ½ tsp of pepper.
