International Report Warns Tunisians of "Rising Debt, Risks of State Collapse"

Tunisian citizens face repercussions of the debt crisis, the possibility of the collapse of the state, the severe crises related to the provision of basic materials, and the worsening cost of living crisis.

The Tunisians are also facing a continuous economic dilemma and rapid rise in inflation which are the main risks that Tunisia will face during the period between 2023 and 2025, according to the eighteenth edition of the Global Risks Report 2023.

The report was published by the World Economic Forum the day before yesterday.

The report is based on the World Economic Forum's annual Global Risk Perceptions Survey, which compiles key information from more than 1,200 experts across the forum's network.
