On Thursday, US President Donald Trump said that he would visit Saudi Arabia, suggesting a deal for key investment with the kingdom.
Trump told reporters: "I'm going to Saudi Arabia," but he didn't mention the date of his visit.
"I said, I'll go if you pay a trillion dollars, $1 trillion to American companies, (spreading) the purchase over a four-year period, of a trillion dollars."
"They've agreed to do that, so I'm going to be going there."
The US President told reporters that KSA agreed to invest $450 billion in US companies during his first term in 2017.
“They’ve agreed to do that, so I’m going to be going there… probably over the next month and a half.”
He asserted: “I have a great relationship with them, and they’ve been very nice, but they’re going to be spending a lot of money to American companies for buying military equipment and a lot of other things."
