Former US President Donald Trump said he wishes good luck to his successor, Joe Biden, in his meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on June 16.
“Good luck to Biden in dealing with President Putin—don’t fall asleep during the meeting, and please give him my warmest regards!” Trump said in an emailed statement.
The Russian and US presidents will hold their first summit meeting on June 16 in Geneva. The Kremlin said the two presidents intend to discuss Russian-US relations, strategic stability, as well as combating the coronavirus pandemic and ways of settling regional conflicts.
