Grilled meat is one of the most delicious and healthy dishes that is preferred at all times.
There are some tips to make this delicious dish more yummier.
Food blogger Marleina Broadhurst, who is distinguished in teaching the basics of cooking and presenting distinctive dishes, shared tips and hacks on how to make a delicious grilled meat dish.
"Grilling only requires a grill, a frying pan. I prefer cast iron or charcoal pan" she said.

The pot or charcoal has to be very hot. In all the countries of the BBQ kings such as Australia, the meat is set at room temperature and not seasoned.
On a very hot grill, leave the meat to cook for 5 minutes, then turn it over once to be grilled in the way preferred.
However, the grilling should be cooked for no longer than 7-10 minutes, which is sufficient so that it does not dry out.
While the meat is hot, add spices, butter, salt, pepper, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, or any sauce you prefer.
Finally, rest the grilled meat for 5-7 minutes before cutting it.
