Eid festivities bring a high spiritual and positive energy that elevates human happiness, as university research has shown that happiness is a healing force for both the soul and body.

Positive emotions and tranquility positively impact recovery from every ailment. So Here are some tips for preserving this energy.

1. Family Gatherings

Eid and holidays provide an opportunity for family reunions, reconnecting with relatives, grandparents' warmth, meeting uncles and aunts, and interacting with the younger generations. These gatherings fill hearts with joy and happiness through stories and discussions.

2. Spiritual Fulfillment through Prayer

Undoubtedly, everyone attends Eid prayers, nurturing spirituality within us. Even those caught up in the whirlwind of life manage to attend Eid prayers and fast on the day of Arafat, elevating our spirituality.

After Eid, it's important to maintain regular prayers and adhere to the virtues encouraged by religion.

3. Acts of Giving

During Eid, acts of generosity are at their peak, whether elders give gifts to youngsters or arrive at someone's home with sweets or fruits.

These gestures enrich the meaning of giving. Additionally, extending generosity to the poor and needy through charity or meat distribution embodies religious commands of solidarity and compassion.

4. Opportunity for Forgiveness

Eid presents an opportunity for forgiveness and reconciliation. After Eid, strive to cleanse your heart of conflicts and animosity.

Ensure your heart remains pure and, if disagreements arise, seek reconciliation by either discussing and resolving issues with the other party or seeking forgiveness, following the Prophet's advice to seek pardon seventy times for a cleaner heart without grudges.

Wishing you joyful days after Eid, by the will of God.
