As Summer ends and the fall season approaches, one needs to follow a daily and weekly routine to restore hair and skin's luster to fix the long exposure to the sun, seawater, and chlorine.
Here’s a guide on how to restore your hair and skin luster after the Summer heat.
Tip 1:
Cut the ends of the hair to get rid of the frayed and split ends. Apply many moisturizing masks and nourishing oil baths to remove the hair damage.
Tip 2:
Replenish the moisture lost from your hands and feet with the help of a manicure and pedicure. You can also use wax baths to moisturize the skin of the feet.
It is advisable not to use a manicure and lemon juice on the nails to strengthen them and remove any dyes.
Tip 3:
The body gets a distinctive bronze color but drys out the skin
after three weeks.
You can make a sugar scrub from your favorite essential oil such as jasmine or lavender to get rid of the dry skin and moisturize it with a light oil such as almond oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, or any moisturizing cream you prefer.
Finally, this care routine is very important and is as critical as the care at the beginning of summer for entering the season in top shape.
