Severe dust storms are sweeping many countries, leading to many health problems for the skin and respiratory system due to the dust and pollen they carry that causes allergies.

How to cope and stay safe in hazardous weather:

* Stay at home if you don't have to go out, but if it is necessary to do so, then you need to wear a mask and cap.

* Wash your face with lukewarm water and exhale throughout the day until you get rid of the dust and do not let it pass into your respiratory system and lungs.

* Shower with lukewarm water without scratching your skin so as not to cause skin irritation.

* Drink plenty of water to hydrate the body and drink fresh juices such as lemon and orange to provide the body with vitamins to resist colds that may result from weather changes.

* Close windows tightly and place wet cloths under the window and door openings to absorb heat and atmospheric dust.

* Avoid rubbing your eyes so as not to infect them. Use eye drops or water to cleanse your eyes and flush out any dirt that might be irritating.
