There are various recipes for making Christmas cookies, but SEE News brought to you a wonderful cookies recipe by the Egyptian food blogger Andaleeb Zohdy.
She is known for her skilled and professional ways of making and presenting desserts.
She gained all those skills due to her studies at Ramses College, and the department of English at the Faculty of Arts. Shortly, she explored all her talents in making wonderful desserts.
Here, Zohdy gave See News her special Christmas cookies recipe.

Ingredients:
1 c. Butter (225 grams) (Make sure that Butter has the same temperature as the room)
1/2 c. Sugar
Vanilla
2 1/2 c. All-Purpose Flour or Biscuits Flour (325 grams)
½ tsp. Salt
½ C. Corn Starch (60 grams)
*Direction
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar together till its color becomes a little bit lighter.
Next, add the corn starch, then salt, vanilla, and finally flour.
After that knead the mixture until it becomes light and soft dough.
Wrap each piece with plastic wrap and leave it for at least an hour. (Leaving it for a night is preferable).
On a clean surface, roll out it, and make the shapes you prefer, make sure that the height of the dough is a half cm.
Bake it in a preheated oven for 200 C. degrees.
Finally, when cookies are cool, you can decorate them with royal icing as it is shown in the videos.
