The sun gets stronger during the summer which can be harmful despite the many benefits of sunlight.

Here are some tips to enjoy the sun safely.

*Tip 1

Avoid exposure to sunlight from the period 12 PM to 4 PM, a time when the sun rays are vertical and can lead to heatstroke and skin damage.

*Tip 2

Consuming plenty of water is very important and should be drunk during the day.

The fluid can contain different flavors such as rose water, blossom water, or mint to refresh the body's organs.

Tips to Avoid Heatstroke during Hot Weather

*Tip 3

Moisturize the skin with natural oils and nourishing creams. Shea butter can also be used on dry skin to moisturize it and increase the freshness of the skin.

* Tip 4

It is crucial to wear a cap or a hat to protect the head from heat and prevent exhaustion and dizziness that may occur during the day.

*Tip 5

Several studies show that the afternoon nap is necessary for the body to regain balance and regulates temperature.

The Nap should be short, last for one hour, and taken in the middle of the day to restore the body’s energy.

*Tip 6

It is pivotal to eat foods high in water such as cucumbers, melons, and cantaloupe.

It is also advisable to consume vegetable salad and multi-fruit salad during the three meals, drink fresh juices such as lemon and lemon with mint and step away from caffeinated drinks due to containing mild diuretic effects on the body and double the sun damage.
