Japanese bread dough recipe..
Ingredients :
For the tangzhong starter.
. 2 tpsb of water
. 2 tpsb of milk
. 2 tpsb of bread flour
Dough ingredients :
. 3 cups of bread flour
. 1/3 cup of soft butter
. 1/4 cup of white sugar
. 1 cup of warm milk
. 1 large egg
. 1 more egg for brushing the dough
. 1/2 tsp of salt
. 1 tbsp of active dry yeast

Directions:
Step one..Place tangzhong mix in a small sauce pan heat it up Slowly over low heat till it's start to bubbles..
Let the tangzhong to cool down before add it to the final dough..
Step two mix the active yeast with warm milk & half amount of the sugar..
Step three In a bowl of electric mixer add 3 cups of flour, salt & the remaining sugr & mix it on a low speed.. Beat the egg together with the soft butter & add them gradually to the flour mix..
Pour in the milk yeast mixture & rise the speed to a high level until the dough is smooth & soft.. Finally add the tangzhong starter & keep on mixing for about more 2 minutes..
After mixing cover the dough with cling film & leave it a side to expand four about 1 hour
Deflate the dough & cut it into equal shapes.
You can make different shapes like burger puns, big toast loaf, or incredible cinnamon rolls..
If you want to make it more rich you can fill the dough with a lots of delicious filling like cold cut, different kind of cheese, sausages or left over chicken breast diced into small cubes..
Finally let your dough to rise one more time for about 50-60 minutes, brush it with beaten egg & bake it on 180-190 degrees Celsius..
Transfer your baked bread into a wire rack to complete cool down & serve.
