Supreme Council for Media Regulation Holds Symposium over Sinai’s Challenges

This morning, Supreme Council for Media Regulation, headed by journalist Karam Jabr, discussed the challenges of Sinai in a symposium entitled; “The Present Sinai and Future Challenges.”

The symposium was held at the headquarters of the Council in the Maspero Building, in the presence of Major General Khaled Fouda, Governor of South Sinai, and a number of governorate leaders.

The symposium discussed several important issues about South Sinai Governorate; such as the major national projects that took place on its land.

It also addresses the challenges that face tourism, especially during the coronavirus pandemic; in addition to the state's plans to attract more investments in the governorate.

Moreover, it tackled the development projects that achieve prosperity in the governorate and provide job opportunities; as well as the role of Sinai’s women in building a civilized society.
