The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately cold weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Sunday.
Warm weather is also predicted to hit South Upper Egypt, while South Sinai experiences warm conditions.
Wind will occur in the North Coast and dusty winds occur occasionally in the west of the country, increasing the feel of cold conditions.
Light to medium rainfall is also predicted to prevail in the North Coast and North Lower Egypt. In addition, medium rain could fall in Lower Egypt, Cairo, Canal cities, and the Western Desert.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience extremely cold weather at nighttime. Forst is also witnessed in Central Sinai, New Valley Governorate, and North Upper Egypt.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 18°C in Cairo, 17°C in Alexandria, 16°C in Matruh, 20°C in Sohag, 21°C in Qena, and 22°C in Aswan.
