Ingredients:
Dough:
600-Gram All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon of Salt
8 grams of Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon of Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of Thyme, Garlic, or Cummin
100 Gram Butter
1/2 Cup of Salt
1/2 Cup of Milk
1 Egg and 1 Egg's White
Chili Paste (Optional)
Processed Cheese Spread (optional)
Method
Mix all dry components together and add butter and oil to them. Mix them until you have a sandy texture.
Now, add milk, vinegar, and egg.
Mix the dough once again until it comes together
After that leave it to refrigerate
Cut the sable dough into pieces, and brush the pieces with the yolk of the eggs.
Sprinkle some sesame, black seed, sunflower seeds, or almonds
