The Sudanese army announced, Saturday, that its forces entered the city of Wad Madaniو the capital of the Al Jazirah state in east-central Sudan, noting that the Sudanese Armed Forces are now working to cleanse the pockets of rebels inside the city.
The Sudanese army congratulated the Sudanese people on this victory, noting that the armed forces and the forces supporting them are advancing with determination and insistence on all fronts to clean every inch "defiled by the terrorist militia of Dagalo" in the country.
The official spokesman for the Sudanese Armed Forces, Brigadier General Nabil Abdullah, told "Al-Masry Al-Youm" that the Sudanese Armed Forces and all the forces supporting them are working with great effort and determination to restore the smile to all our patient people who have been subjected to all kinds of brutality and abuse by the militia and mercenaries of Hemedti, adding, "The day will come when the country will be cleansed of their filth."
In the same context, the Sudanese government welcomed the US government's decision to allocate additional funds to support humanitarian aid in Sudan, especially in areas where terrorist militias prevent citizens from obtaining their needs.
