Here's how to stay hydrated, fuelled, and safe in the heat.
Tip 1:
Water is the body's natural moisturizer, therefore, you need to drink plenty of water, at least 3 liters of water a day alongside other fluids.
Tip 2:
Drink a cup of fresh juices, especially lemon juice, orange, and guava tomatoes, all of which boost the body's immunity and provide it with the ability to confront viruses.
Tip 3:
Consistently consuming healthy herbs full of antioxidants such as anise, tilia, mint, ginger, and cinnamon.
Tip 4:
Take a cold shower a day at room temperature at the beginning of the day. The shower can be repeated more.
Tip 5:
Wear cotton fabrics, especially the bottom layer. Make sure to wear several layers of cotton if the cold gets severe, and then add another layer to keep warm if the temperature drops.
