In Exclusive statements to SEE News, Abdel Aal said that the youth will be the majority in the next House of Representatives.

“Egypt is for the youth. The government supports the youth with all strength and determination, because they are the future,” the speaker added.

During casting his vote in the run-off of the second phase of the parliamentary election, Abdel Aal pointed out that the political parties presented and invited the youth to take part in the political arena.

“Thus, this generation of young representatives is presented,” he noted.

In this regard, he praised the experience of the Coordination of Party's Youth Leaders and Politicians Committee (CPYP) and their role in the political and parliamentary process, stressing that they will have a major role in the upcoming parliamentary process, especially the House of Representatives.

Regarding the Senate by-law, and whether it will be discussed in the current legislative term, the Speaker expressed his belief that the next parliament might do this task because the by-law contains many articles and needs more time to discuss them.

“I think what the new House of Representatives will do this task,” Abdel Aal revealed.

Moreover, he urged citizens to take part in the run-off round throughout the day and tomorrow to achieve their constitutional role in casting their vote in the parliamentary elections, stressing that the Egyptian people are the hero of this epic history.Speaker: New Parliament Embraces All Political Spectrums
