CAIRO,
Feb. 20 (SEE)- The South Korean president Moon Jae-in confirmed
that he is seeking to build a comprehensive and innovative state in order to
provide security and citizens' needs.
According to
the Korean news agency Yonhap, Moon announced during a meeting that the
government's efforts to build an innovative state.
He said
"The basic human rights are to enjoy a happy life. It's hard to build a
comprehensive state without an innovative growth."
The president
added that the Korean government increased childcare allowance to include all
those who under 7 years old starting next September.
Moon said
that the health insurance coverage will be increased, in addition to reducing
the coast of medical treatment of the patient to 5% instead of 10%.
The head of
the state said "If these announced issues are applied without any problem,
then in 2020 every person in Korea would be happy."
