As of June 10, Slovakia will allow free travel to and from 16 more European countries and will no longer require the wearing of face masks outside, according to PM Igor Matovic on Tuesday.

Visitors from countries like Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, the Baltic states, Finland, Norway, and Denmark will not be limited in traveling to Slovakia.

Bratislava reopened its borders with neighbors Czech Republic, Austria, and Hungary last week. The compulsory quarantine will now be removed for countries on the safe list upon arrival from abroad and citizens would not be forced to trigger "smart quarantine" on their mobile devices, Reuters stated.

Slovenia opened its borders to citizens from 14 states, including Germany and Switzerland, on Monday. Without restrictions on coronavirus, their people can now fly to and from Slovenia.
