Siwa Oasis is one of the most beautiful natural areas in the world. It is a magical spot on the land of Egypt. Its magic and beauty makes it one of the important tourist destinations that includes various environmental and therapeutic attractions, safari, archaeological and recreational tourism, in addition to historical tourism. All ancient civilizations left their mark on it, especially the Greek, Ptolemaic, Roman, Coptic and Islamic civilizations, and it is said that Alexander the Great is buried in it.
I liked the live coverage presented by the great journalist Ahmed Moussa in an episode on Sada El-Balad channel about Siwa in the plans of the officials and its future. I noticed the joy in the eyes of one of the sheikhs when he was speaking about his country with pride saying that Siwa was the country that led the first revolution against the British occupation, as he said that "the sights and beauty are unique, the mountains of salt and burial in the sand, the sulphur springs and the most beautiful things in Siwa are palms, dates and the olives from which we produce the purest olive oil in Egypt, Siwa Oasis represnts security, safety, healing and relaxation. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, as usual, cares about every inch of the land of Egypt, so Siwa attracted his attention and directives to develop it to be a global tourist destination and to be included within the development of the entire northern coast, to increase its beauty and to attract tourists from all countries of the world, in addition to aximizing the economic revenues from it, and organizing international conferences and festivals, also preparations are underway for the International Dates Festival in its seventh edition, next October.
Siwa Airport has also been developed and prepared to receive planes and tourist groups, to work on promoting tourism to the oasis and its various tourism components!
Thank you very much, Mr. President, for caring about every part of the land of Egypt, so that Egypt becomes a new, modern country, and one of the most beautiful countries in the world.. Thank you, Mr. President!
