President Abdel Fattah El Sisi wished Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe a speedy recovery after the later had submitted his resignation due to health concerns.
“I would like to express my appreciation and respect to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzō Abe, who I wish a speedy recovery. This patriotic statesman gave Japan his all. He is a friend and a supportive partner to Egypt who has made significant contributions to enhancing the distinguished mutual cooperation and extended friendship between Egypt and Japan,” President El Sisi tweeted on Saturday.
