Egypt's President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received on Thursday a phone call from his South Korean counterpart Yoon Suk-yeol, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said.
During the conversation, both leaders discussed ways to boost bilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially at the economic and investment levels, within the framework of the friendly relations between Cairo and Seoul, and in light of the successful models presented by Korean investments in Egypt in many fields.
They also exchanged views on regional and international files of common interest, as well as joint efforts in climate change issues, especially in light of Egypt's hosting of the World Climate Summit next November in Sharm El Sheikh.
