President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent a cable of congratulations to the President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader on the occasion of the celebration of the "Independence Day".
President Sisi also dispatched the Secretary of the Presidency of the Republic, Mohamed Atef Abd Al-Hamid, to the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Cairo to send congratulations on this occasion.
