Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said today, Wednesday, that more than 300,000 reservists have been trained during the past two months, while the Russian forces announced their progress on the "Donetsk" axis in eastern Ukraine.
Shoigu added - according to Russia Today news channel - that "about 3 thousand trainers participated in the combat training of the new military formations, and more than 100 sites on the territory of our country and the Republic of Belarus were used for training."
He explained that more than 300,000 reservists, including volunteers, were trained within two months, while about 8,000 vehicle crews, combat tanks, artillery crews, air defense systems, unmanned aircraft, electronic warfare systems, and communications equipment were prepared in the training centers.
On the other hand, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that new missile systems will be deployed in five large units of the Russian Strategic Missile Force.
