Dr. Ibrahim Negm, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, attends the second International Conference on Communities of Success (ICCOS) in Singapore from October 14 to 15.

Dr. Negm will deliver a keynote address focusing on the Secretariat’s efforts to promote sound religious awareness and issue fatwas that address modern societal needs, encouraging active Muslim participation in community building and peaceful coexistence.
