The Saudi police have arrested a six-member gang and recovered from them stolen drugs.
The suspects, all in their 30s, were arrested after their role in stealing medicines from three town clinics was identified, police said.
Lt. Col. Hussein Al-Qahtani, the Medina Police spokesman, said: "The gang members are accused of stealing an undisclosed amount of prescription drugs from three clinics in Madinah neighborhoods."
"Until their capture, the gang members had disposed of some of the weapons," he said.
All the suspects were referred to the prosecution for further investigation and trial, said Col. Al-Qahtani.
