The Saudi Ministry of Municipal, Rural, and Housing Affairs has announced that as of August 1 this year, the un-vaccinated people against the Coronavirus (known also as (COVID-19), will not be allowed to the institutions of private and public sectors across the kingdom.
The ministry issued today, Wednesday, that said the vaccinated people who are received the anti-corona-vaccine or those who recovered from the disease along with abiding by the precautionary measurements to keep the public health.
The ministry's statement affirmed that vaccination will be an obligatory term to allow entry to malls, shops of retails and wholesale, public, marketplaces, resultants, coffee shops, men's barbershops, and women's beauty salons.
On the other hand, the Saudi Ministry on Health revealed on Monday, that the accumulative number of infections with the Coronavirus reached 510 thousand cases among them 10 thousand active cases most of them are stable but 1403 critical cases are still receiving treatment in units of intensive care in hospitals in the kingdom.
The recovered people of the disease are 492 thousand cases.
The death toll of COVID-19 in the kingdom rose to 8089 cases over the last months.
However, Saudi media outlets quoted an official in the Ministry of Interior as saying that authorities stipulate taking the second dose of the anti-corona vaccine as a mandatory term to travel abroad.
The official indicated that this term will be in effect as of August 9.
He added that those are under 12 years will be exempt from this term provided submitted an insurance policy authorized by the Saudi Central Bank to cover dangers of COVID-19 during traveling outside the kingdom.
He pointed out that the decision also exempts those who recovered from the disease if six months pass after contracting the deadly virus and who take the first dose of the anti-corona vaccine.
The Saudi Arabia Kingdom is among the worst countries, in the Middle East, that were hit by the Coronavirus.
