Salah Wins Liverpool Player of Month

Mohamed Salah received the player of the month award with his team Liverpool for August as he has been enjoying a lovely start to the season scoring three goals.

Salah was awarded the prize after a public referendum on the club's official website, allowing Mo to beat all Liverpool players in August.

Salah was recently awarded the best goal of the month by his club after scoring against Arsenal twice in a match the "Reds" won (3-1) in the third week of the league competition.

Since the beginning of the season, Salah has scored three goals for Liverpool with a goal against Norwich City in the Premier League opener, along with two goals against the Gunners.

Liverpool are set to welcome Newcastle on Saturday in the fifth round of the Premier League.

The Reds, who finished second at last year's premier league, are currently at the top with 12 points after winning the first four rounds of the league at Norwich City (4-1), Southampton (2-1), Arsenal (3-1), Burnley (3- 0).
