South Korea’s government sent extra 20 tons of humanitarian aid, including medical equipment to support Ukraine.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the humanitarian aid sent to Ukraine includes pacemakers, artificial respirators, and first aid kits, taking into account the request from the Ukrainian side first when determining the materials provided to it.
The ministry noted that it hopes that the South Korean government’s support is beneficial to the Ukrainians and will consider actively providing additional assistance to them.
This aid is part of $30 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine, which was previously announced by the government.
Last month, the government had already provided $10 in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
