the Israeli "KAN" channel had quoted a diplomatic source as saying that the visit of Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov to Israel, which was scheduled to start tomorrow, Sunday, has been postponed indefinitely.
According to the source, Lavrov canceled his entire visit to the Middle East.
Lavrov was scheduled to arrive in Israel and the Palestinian territories, today, Saturday, where he will hold talks with Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and his Foreign Minister Yair Lapid on Sunday.
He was scheduled to visit the Palestinian territories on Monday; to meet with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah, the status quo capital city of Palestine.
