The trainer of Russia's national team Paulino Granero expressed his concern over the return of Egyptian star player Mohamed Salah in their upcoming match, claiming "this will further complicated the situation" and adds that stopping him wont be easy.
Granero stated to Russia's sport's express website that "Mohamed Salah is one of the best players in the world and our defense will have a hard time in the match.
