Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak revealed that Moscow intends to supply over 80% of oil exports and 75% of oil products to friendly countries in 2023.

"We are still looking for and discovering new markets. This year, more than 80% of oil exports and 75% of oil products are expected to be supplied to friendly countries," Novak said.

The minister recalled that Western nations gradually rejecting Russian oil "already caused instability on global oil markets, as well as negative economic effects for the countries who imposed the limits.”

He added: “Brent oil reached a high of $125 per barrel and remained above $100 per barrel until the fall of last year."

In previous remarks, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Moscow is not sending tanks to the borders of Western countries but has more than just armored vehicles to respond to threats.

Putin affirmed that European countries, including Germany, have no idea about a modern war with Moscow.

“We aren’t sending tanks to their borders but we have something to respond with, and it won’t be just about using armored vehicles," the Russian leader indicated.
