The Russian news agency "Tass" reported, on Saturday, that Russia had requested a meeting of the Security Council to discuss the Nord Stream pipeline explosions.
The agency quoted Dmitry Polyansky, Russia's deputy delegate to the United Nations, as saying that Moscow had asked for the meeting to be held next Tuesday, July 11, to discuss Nord Stream pipeline explosions.
Last February, a report published by American journalist Seymour Hersh revealed that the United States was behind the explosion, the Nord Stream pipeline, which is the Russian gas artery to European countries.
According to Hirsch, the CIA made a plan under the cover of NATO exercises in June 2022. US Navy divers, with the help of Norway, planted explosives that could be detonated remotely on the pipeline.
The United States denied, according to a report by prominent journalist Seymour Hersh, that the United States was behind the bombing of the "Nord Stream" gas pipeline last year.
