Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzya, stated on Monday that Moscow would not accept any "schemes" to freeze the conflict in Ukraine, emphasizing that "there can be no talk" of NATO playing a role in resolving the crisis.
In a speech delivered during a session of the UN Security Council, Nebenzya highlighted that no plans to freeze the conflict are acceptable to Russia, citing the example of the "Minsk Agreements," which aimed to resolve the situation in eastern Ukraine.
According to Russia's Sputnik News Agency, Nebenzya reiterated, "There can be no talk of any role for NATO in resolving the Ukrainian crisis."
